I am unable to pay BESCOM Electricity bill on Airtel app since yesterday as Airtel is unable to pull bill amount. Amazon is able to pull correct amount but Airtel not working. Anyone else is facing this? Need to pay bill using Axis Airtel credit card.

I tried to pay bills of axis airtel CC bill if Rs. 7686.36. The money was debited from my HDFC bank debit card but it shows failed Now when I will get back my money ? It is very problematic as if it takes time to get the money, then paying the CC bill within due date will become difficult.
