I am unable to pay BESCOM Electricity bill on Airtel app since yesterday as Airtel is unable to pull bill amount. Amazon is able to pull correct amount but Airtel not working. Anyone else is facing this? Need to pay bill using Axis Airtel credit card.

Received the SMS, as well as email. Check attachment. In SMS/email they said to pay via their own portal, netbanking, bank transfer etc. Shouldn't they be on BBPS mandatorily, thereby letting all third-party apps to pay bills for SCB? Confused.
