as ICICI has raised it's basic debit card fee can we cancel debit card and run ICICI savings account without debit card as now days I hardly need ATM card to withdraw money??

I am trying to apply for a new debit card from SBI. However the YONO app only shows global and pmjdy debit cards, which have very low limits for my use. Can someone share the card list, if any, so that I can approach branch and apply for it? @Abhishek012
