I have fi account powered by federal Bank. When I open this account long back ago, it is promising that no amc will be charged for debit card. But now they are charging for the same. Can I go to the RBI banking ombudsman after complaining first to the bank? There chat system is not responding...

The annual charge deadline for my BoB Debit Card is nearing. I have blocked the card via netbanking and it doesn't show in the list of my debit cards in netbanking anymore. Is that enough for BoB to not levy the annual charge or is there anything more I need to do?
