    Extra Credit Card Payment Refund

    I, by Mistake, paid 1.6 Lakh Extra on My sister's Induslnd credit card; is there any way to get it back to her Bank account? Anyone with experience, give suggestions, please. The card is not working (Maybe they blocked it) & I can't reach their customer care phone banking (Worst CC service)
