Revision of AU Credit Card Usage Terms & Conditions With effect from 1st January 2025

Earlier I used to use Niyo Global for getting lounge access at International terminals for flights departing from India. Now that Niyo has been devalued (requires 50k worth of POS/Ecom transactions overseas for access), is there an alternative that I can turn to for lounge access?
