As per T&C, this card is not allowed for Amazon Business. But Amazon itself is showing me this as an offer on my Amazon Business account. Is this false marketing or what?

Anyone here has paid their pixel card bill through 3rd party apps? I got this in December, but unable to add it in any apps for bill payment. I can only pay through Payzapp, and it doesn't give any offer on bill payment of Pixel card.
