Hi i have a payment of 35k on rbl credit card,but rbl cc is not listed on sbi unipay Is there any other method to get cashback against this payment?

Can anyone tell me that RBL play card has approved or not or is there any chance of rejection again and what is next step how many days will take to update next step.
