I hear many complaining Master cards are not being allowed in many airports e.g Regalia gold, Diners club privilege, Celesta for lounge access only Visa is being accepted. Is that true?

Hi community family, Recently I have upgraded my regalia card to regalia gold credit card. But it has 2500 annual fee with spend of 4L waved off option. My previous card was Lifetime free how can I make current card life time free instead of spend based wave off.
