sbi cashback card

I have tried to apply SBI CASHBACK card last two times both are rejected even I have ITR of 10 lakhs. Am not having any SBI CC. Having Amazon Pay ICICI CC with limit of 4.6 lakhs. Is thr any way to get thr card on CARD to CARD basis???
