“Paytm Payments Utility PT” MCC

I am trying to make a payment of around 4k via SBI cashback card. But the payment gateway option is only paytm l and I am getting this merchant name as - Paytm Payments Utility PT.

Does anyone know if this comes under those 5 utility mcc exclusions of sbi cashback card? If anyone here had any first hand experience.
