I got Amazon Pay Back in 2021 with 80K Limit it got increased to 9 Lakhs.

I live in Tier 1 (NCR) so that's why I applied for HSBC Live+

I appreciate your concern, but the way I look into is-

GOA is very much important place(Tourist Destination) in India. Business and other aspects you know better.
They are not considering , that's stupidity...India is Progressing, any company doing business in India, and ignoring Potential Business...

On a side note -
Many people in NCR Delhi, might have same card, will happy to share with you, if you Welcome 🤗 them Every Year to "GOA"
 
Many years ago, you could only get a card if you have an account in that particular bank. So banks which had branches only in big cities were not accessible for people from other places. Now that you don't need an account and there are different options to pay the bills, I don't know why banks are restricting cards.
Earlier Amex also did not have Goa in the serviceable locations but they were issuing cards. I applied twice. My application was rejected because my salary slips were over 2 months old.

- Union Bank Signature / Visa / 3L / 1999 +GST
- HDFC Infinia / Visa / 9L / 12500 + GST
- ICICI Amazon Pay / Visa / 2L / LTF
- ICICI Coral / RuPay / 2L / 500 + GST
- ICICI Saphiro / Amex / 2L (Shared) / LTF
- ICICI Saphiro / Mastercard / 2L (Shared) / LTF
- Indusind Bank EazyDiner Signature / Visa / 3.3L / 1999 +GST
- Federal Bank Scapia / Visa / 5L / LTF
- IDFC First Wealth / Visa / 10L / LTF

Now I have a questions for the experts regarding what spends to use which card for. Some I already have decided.
- Union Bank Signature: Will just use it minimum to keep it active as it's currently my oldest card.
- HDFC Infinia: My preferred card for everything but since bills can only be paid from my NRE Savings, would like to use other cards too.
- ICICI Amazon Pay: Only for Amazon purchases when the vouchers purchased with the Infinia run out.
- ICICI Coral: Default card for UPI

These cards I don't know:
- ICICI Saphiro / Amex / 2L (Shared)
- ICICI Saphiro / Mastercard / 2L (Shared)
- Indusind Bank EazyDiner Signature / Visa / 3.3L
- Federal Bank Scapia / Visa / 5L
- IDFC First Wealth / Visa / 10L

Scapia I'll probably use for purchases abroad because of 0% Forex Markup. I have add on cards for the Infinia, Eazydiner and Coral for my wife. I will be cancelling the Coral add on as she cannot use it with her GPay and she already has an IDFC Rupay Card. Scapia does not issue an add on card. I can get an IDFC First Wealth add on card for 499 + GST per year. Is it worth getting one?

Please suggest what purchases I can put on each of these cards.

Close coral, i think scapia is providing rupay card. If not try logging into federal mobile app, you might get federal wave rupay cc.
