Yesterday, I attempted to purchase a ₹10,000 Flipkart gift card through the Maximize app. The payment was successfully processed, and ₹10,010 was debited from my SBI Cashback Card.
However, the gift card was not generated. Even after checking both the app and the website today, there’s still no update or resolution.
👉 Has anyone faced a similar issue?👉 What’s the best way to escalate this and ensure either the gift card is delivered or a refund is processed?
