I’m sharing this so others can be aware and maybe guide me on what to do next.
On 10th October 2025, I ordered a 1 gm gold coin on Myntra.
It’s been over five days now, and despite:
there’s been no proper update or action. The remaining ₹6,000+ is still stuck.
Honestly, this has been mentally exhausting, ₹6,000 is not a small amount to just let go of, and the lack of accountability from a major platform like Myntra is shocking.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue with refunds (especially gift card payments) on Myntra?
What else can I do? Consumer Forum, RBI Ombudsman, or another escalation route?

 - Payment Split: ₹7,440.37 (Myntra Gift Card) + ₹5,107.63 (Credit Card)

- Repeated calls to customer support,
 - Tweets to @MyntraSupport, and
 - An email to the grievance officer,
 
there’s been no proper update or action. The remaining ₹6,000+ is still stuck.
