1% cashback on CC Bill pay via Axis Debit card like HDFC platinum DC bill pay?

Hi, saw this benefit listed on Axis Liberty debit card that comes along with the AXIS corporate salary account.
Is it applicable on burgundy debit cards also (as burgundy will be it's higher variant), and is it similar to the 1% cashback which we get via HDFC Bill pay through debit card payment?
It looks simialr to hdfc one with cashback upper limit of Rs 750

Is anyone using this? Is it applicable on credit card bill payment?
