Try from Tata Neu app. I bought the bar that way. I got the shirt delivered but then the size was wrong so I returned it. I got only a small amount as refund, then had to raise a complaint and they credit the entire value of the shirt (minus Neu coin value) as Cliq Cash. Tata Neu is a disaster but have to live with it. Small tip: Joy Alukkas bar comes with the bill from Joy Alukkas itself so it will be easier to sell it back to them. Don't know if other jewellers give their own bills like that too.

Looks like it. I tried everything but none is working. seems they patched it today only.
Now I'm thinking about a ring which is good in weight and less money, hence I can get at least something back (maybe around 8k for 10k voucher)

Even my order went thru for 2gm BRPL 999 coin this after along with a mobile charger thru cliq cash.. this was thru desktop computer on chrome..

I am sure you would tried these steps - however reiterating:

1. Uninstall and install the app again
2. Logout and login
3. Add 2 gms gold coin and in multiple quantity along with other items
4. Try from different browsers but not before clear cache and history

If above doesn't help, then I am sure its getting patched slowly for everyone.

The biggest problem with purchasing in Cliq is they donot send any otp, so, if you are not at home then the delivery person might leave it at doorstep or even if he don't deliver and say he delivered then there is nothing you can do
