Hence, we have declined his credit card application. • A copy of an email sent to the customer in this regard is attached for your kind perusal. No you don't have to mandatorily go till the last level. If you are not satisfied by the resolution provided by bank be it any level, you can register your grievance with RBI.Yess if u have reached till last level of bank's grievance redressal mechanism.

In my case compensation was decided by RBI, not bankJupiter was rejecting my savings account onboarding. And they had to pay 2k.
