Talked to Regional Manager CC.. I have to spend anywhere 31K on my Eterna CC between 26th and 29th and get 3,100 RP

As I recently got my Eteran, I have welcome offer currently running .. spend 50K and get 10K RP.
I already spent 20K.. fo If I spend another 31K in the coming 2 days, I get 13.6K points..

Surprised that bob is allowing the ₹31k spends to be anywhere.
I was thinking Bob would exclude the usual ones like govt, rent, education, insurance etc
