35/200 or 60/200 after 2 lakh spends in MGB?

Magnus for burgundy gives 35RPs/200 after you cross 1.5L spending. It also says 5x points on travel edge portal spends unto 2L. My question is if I spend 2.5L on travel edge portal in a calendar month, how many RPs will I get???

Is it 60000+8750?
OR

60000+3000

OR something else???
