Regalia gold is approved with limit of 1.7 lacs, thanks to @SSV and @Akashn for guiding through the process. But I have 2 more queries from my fellow tfians.
1. I also have amex now with limit of 5.6 lacs, so can I apply for dcb via c2c? ** If I don't want to activate reg gold.
2. What about cc le and approx how much time will it take to get dcb ?

Anyway,
Very rare to see RG with 1.7L CL...

1. I don't think you will get dcb via your amex c2c
2. It depends on yiur itr and spends.. typical time could be around 2 to 3 years at best

I know regalia has a floor limit of 3.0 lacs. But I think I mailed them several times and was ready for a paid card. So that can be a reason for low limit card approval.
