5% cashback swiggy hdfc confirmed merchants list

Those who are using Swiggy hdfc card, can you please confirm the merchants that are confirmed to get 5% cashback? I see that Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ola, Uber, BMS, 1mg, Meesho and Ajio are confirmed based on their advertising.

Can you please list other merchants that you have confirmation for the 5% cb?

Go to swiggy app hdfc card section choose manage card go inside check billed unbilled transactions.

Same for me. I didn't get 5% cashback for buying cosmetics on Amazon. Contacted HDFC via email and they said these transactions fall under grocery. It seems the seller RK... Is registered as a grocery vendor on Amazon.

Similar I bought haldiram sweet item from amazon everything remain same including otp email merchant name but hdfc consider as 1% category.

Check net banking or my cards app under unbilled transactions. It usually reflects after 1-2 of statement generation.

HDFC clarified that some sellers on amazon are classified with grocery MCC. Hence only 1% cashback

Just got an SMS of how much cashback this month I got from HDFC Swiggy card. As per my calculations, it is exactly as expected. The card did give 5% cashback for Flipkart grocery besides Flipkart retail purchase

Note that recently the Flipkart Grocery MCC has changed to proper Grocery 5411 so you are better off using something like RBL ShopRite instead of Swiggy for 5%. Swiggy will give 1% for Grocery 5411 MCC

Update: I took RBL's word for it that they give 5% on Grocery. The actual reward rate I calculated came out to be 3% considering the ratio of value of vouchers/bills available for redemption against reward points plus 99+GST fees. ShopRite is only 3% on Grocery MCC (5411 and 5311). But the RuPay variant gives 3% over UPI too for these Grocery MCCs and online+offline as well.
