7% works on BigBasket app directly without Tata Neu app?

Would like to know if the Neu Pass 5% and Neu+ card 2% works directly on BigBasket app without using Tata Neu app, as the interface is horrible on Neu app

Neu pass 5% will be applicable only if you do transaction via neu app. If you do transaction on bigbasket directly then you will get 2% only

I use bigbasket app to select all products and put it in the basket. But place the order using Tata neu app to overcome the bad interface in neu app
