Anybody else getting issues using the Tata Neu HDFC credit card on the Tata Neu app?

For the past 3 days, I've been getting this error page while using my Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card on the Tata Neu app (Tried with BigBasket, BBNow, and Croma).

From this screenshot, you'd assume it's an issue with HDFC, but surprisingly I've had no issues using this card on other sites.

Anybody else experiencing this issue?
 
Yeah it derps out like that for every application within Tata Neu. Fortunately, I placed an order on ONDC using my Neu plus card and it went through without any issues. If you see this, try after an hour or two.
 
The Neu Cards do have issues from time to time on the Neu App. They say restart the phone, reinstall the app and so on, but the only thing that has worked for me was removing the card from the concerned individual apps, and then using the card afresh.
There were a couple of instances wherein the CC option vanished on OneMG through Neu, then it will have to be fixed at the customercare level...

Sure, but are you experiencing the same issue as I am for the past 2-3 days?

Same issue faced in past, Clear data or uninstall>install then login again.
Now issue resolved in my case.
 
Well, the payment-related modules are usually not cached by the developers, and it is a practise highly avoided. And hence, clearing cache doesn't help here. Reinstalling the app didn't help either.

It looks like a broken endpoint at Tata Neu's end for HDFC RuPay cards, and it's really shameful they weren't able to patch it for the past 4 days.

If you have the Tata Neu HDFC Bank credit card (RuPay variant), could you please try placing an order on Bigbasket, BBNow, or Croma and confirm if the OTP authentication page appears? You don't need to enter the correct OTP or complete the order; just let me know if the OTP page shows up.
