A few questions about Axis Magnus Credit Card

[A Little Extra is Good]

Hello All,
I recently received Axis Magnus credit card. Just a few questions -

1. Gyftr Axis Edge seems too good to be true. Gift Cards like Myntra and many more are available at 10x reward points. So does that mean we get 60 points on every 100 Rs. Spent? If we change them into miles, we get an approx. 50 miles for every 100 Rs. Am I correct in my understanding? (this is not including the milestone benefit)
2. I will be travelling abroad soon and will have to make a few big transactions. Is it wise to use Magnus for international POS transactions outside India?(for the milestone benefit)
3. Can we trust Axis? I also have Infinia and they have always sincerely credited points. Is Axis the same? Can we make huge purchases trusting that after 4 months the bonus RPs will be credited? What has been everyone's experience?

You have to do a first time set up with the Customer ID or Account ID. Did you got it as per the instructions in the welcome leaflet?

He doesn't have Axis account.

For knowing the customer ID for Credit card Send CUSTIDCC <Last 4 digits of Card> to 56161600

I checked Axis app today. Now the regular points are updated till 5 May which is Friday and previous update was till 29 April. Not sure Axis posts regular points on a weekly basis, say end of week. Will post my observation.

Interesting to note that when I clicked know more, they gave a neat transaction name, value and reward points earned table. It is sufficient for now.

No bro there is no pattern. Experienced people here have concluded that there is a guy who runs a script for edge reward manually.
Sometimes that guy is sick, sometimes he is on leave and sometimes he works on weekends/national holidays too.

I did email them on 25.04.2023 , they replied they will revert in one day. No reply so sent another reminder, they said they will reply in 5 days, no reply again I reminded they said they still working on it why my points for transaction done on 10.04.2023 for utility bill payment on its website is not credited. Pls help whom to contact.
