Accor Account Suspension Reason Solution and Pre-cautions

Accor accounts may be suspended for various reasons, often arising when users connect to unsecured public networks, such as public Wi-Fi, especially while travelling abroad. Users typically do not receive notifications about suspensions due to the European Union's Personal Data Protection Guidelines.


If your Accor account is suspended, follow these steps:

  1. Contact All Accor / AccorPlus India Helpline:

    • Reach out through mail, WhatsApp, or call the global helpline at +61 2 8023 8787 or via email at customercare@accor.com.
    • For cheaper international calls, consider using Skype.
    • Indian users can contact the Accor Plus helpline at +91 92050 07271 or email india@accorplus.com.
    • In the absence of a specific India helpline for Accor, you can also use WhatsApp to contact the Accor Plus helpline.
  2. Submit Identity Proof:
    • Be prepared to submit your identity proof to verify your account. You need to share your passport copy for that.
  3. Change Password:
    • As a security measure, change your account password immediately when you realise that your account has been suspended
To avoid getting your Accor account suspended:

  1. Avoid Public Wi-Fi:
    • Refrain from connecting to unsecured public Wi-Fi networks, especially when travelling. Use a secure and private network whenever possible.
  2. Utilize Burn4Stay:
    • Consider burning online and using the "burn4stay" for booking incremental spending at properties. This may help in minimizing the effect of suspension in your redemption.
  3. Temporary Uninstall All Accor App:
    • During travel, consider uninstalling the All Accor App temporarily. This can add an extra layer of security by limiting potential access points as the All Accor App has no utility value in this case.
 
Facing issue : Regarding your reservation MTZS under pre-payment rate, please be informed that it has not been successfully settled due to card payment Diners xxx-003 with error message’s “No response code”. To guarantee for this booking, please contact your card issuing bank to check on this issue/ override overseas transaction for our retry. Otherwise, please provide your other credit card by filling the enclosed authorization form and revert to us before 12:00pm on Dec 08, 2023 with copy of passport and 02 sides bank card.
 
What's the error?

The soft suspension of the account will let you get into the account, but you can't redeem reward pts. Get in touch with the Global team over mail or call

Nothing works on iOS or Android app.
However I’m able to login via web using Accor ID only but not by using my email.

I have mailed the global team.
