Steps to get this offer:

3. You will receive codes in your business email( I received within 10 mins). Login on the app using your personal account and select business travellers option and add codes while searching.

4. Make sure to book chain rate room price only.

5. You can burn points as I did while booking.

Yep as it seems CTM offer. The one I shared is not CTM. CTM is a specific portal which has tie ups with companies.
