Yes option to pay while booking goes. But we can pay at hotel with points
The issue here is for some reason the redemption during checkout fails you end up paying from your pocket. There are many tweets about this where the redemption has failed at the hotel. Some staffs are unaware of the process
 
Accor might have deactivated the account, i was never able to see pay from points option in my account for any date or property . sent an email to accor regarding this and they informed account is temp deactivated and asked me to upload id proof and change password.
Update : accor has unsuspended my account and now i m able to see pay by points option

1)what is the difference b/w accor traveller and explorer and ibis and voyager cards
2)is accor plus is only for india or asia pacific
3)if I bought traveller will I get accor plus membership
4)can we cancel one or 2 days before for free after staying 2 days for 4 day stay
5)if room booked through accor traveller is it non refundable
6)what is the diff b/w different kind of rooms while booking and which room do we need to choose.
7)what is the diff b/w flexible and standard?
 
Not able to transfer ER points to accor from past 20 days. The Axis team is rejecting it after 7 days . IS it happening to anyone else??.. I am using the Old Accor id to transfer.
 
The issue of not able to redeem points on Indian properties is only for Accor Plus membership users. Without it, no issues. It works fine.
It's not all properties and not all rates.

I can see the option on some non refundable fares with accor plus fare and some which don't have accor plus fare, just the usual member's rate.

But yeah, it still doesn't seem right and must be a bug. Did you try getting booked over call and paying using points there?

Can you tell me the property name and date for which you see the points booking option available? I'll check if it's working for me as well.

I tried booking over call, they told me it's not possible from their side too. They asked to settle via points during checkout. I wrote a long email with all the screenshots to Accor, I got a callback, They understood the issue but even they said you can settle with points at checkout instead and it's up to the hotel to provide pay with points while booking, but at checkout, they should accept the points. Doesn't look like this will be fixed.
