I don't have invoice copy. Deleted it. This is not a standard practise though.. some hotels deploy 3rd party to do the transport arrangements. In that case using points may not be possible. I think you will have to go with what hotel is saying in this case

The way I see it if you are planning to hit 10 nights this year , or 40 nights you can use this opportunity to get 20 status nights and get fast track upgrade to Gold or Platinum status with accor.
