Best option is Fairmont Jaipur but you have to pay for breakfast. But as @drsel said u have many other cheaper option to also you. U can use them in Goa, Agra, Mumbai Delhi Bangalore for maximum benefit

Stay plus is not applicable for fairmont brand within India, In India best luxury hotel is sofitel bkc available via stayplus, however outside India, there are plenty sweet spots.
I was trying to see I'm getting any option at Kolkata to use my stay plus vouchers (North). There are Ibis and Novotel in kolkatta, and their 1+1 dine-in and discount vouchers are there in the vouchers....but I'm not able to book these stays using Stay Plus vouchers as it was showing that the it cant be used at these properties.
Is there any workaround to this? Does callling them and booking help?

Yes, renewal extends the stay plus. So if you renew, you will have 2 stay plus nights until next year.
Just wait for a call from Accor plus. It usually comes one month before renewal. Someone will call and you can confirm all these things
I called customer care, they are not accepting this as an option
As I said, some one will call. These are different agents who have targets to extend accor plus memberships for existing members and they call one month before expiry

sofitel bkc will need u to pay 4K in addition of stay plus, else u can look for Novotel Int Airport or Novotel Juhu
Best value is still sofitel bkc mumbai for stay plus night? I mean that is the most luxurious under stay plus?
