Can anybody help with steps to book accor with points.app doesn't show how to redeem points while booking and prepayment.im asking because all accor hotels don't participate in points payment system.

call customer care or drop an email to customer care , they will help you on the same. Earlier I dropped an email and got confirmation that the hotel I was looking for can be booked with Accor points

I have done the booking 2 days back.your basic room tariffs should be more then 40 euro and there should be no special member discount then you can able to redeemed it.

On website they say hotel should have coins logo next to it so as to redeem it.fail to see the logo next to hotel name.

At payment options reward options should show, if not showing then change the room category and hotel and check again.

Generally I see points can only be redeemed for rooms with breakfast or halfboard. Any way to just book the room and not food?

1. So when i am booking ibis goa for 4 days its showing pay 2 rs now & rest at hotel, can we do rest payment by accor points .
2. while booking only i have to pay by points?
3. Rate is confirmed 2000 points = 40 euros?
