Not able to transfer points after taking silver membership please someone assist asap

Once u upgrade tier in Accor u will get new membership number
Use the new number for transfer

I tried using the new memebrship number as well still same issue. Any help?

I have hotel manager known who is in ibis I said ur issue but he’s saying that the membership team is someone different and he can’t help
I asked another hotel friend if any updates I post here

Basic classic member the last 2 will be alphabets I did transfer from Edge Rewards this evening and got sms from Axis bank
Anyway I hide ur personal details

I think it works if u pay on property also. I did one booking using 4000 points and remaining balance is 1800+ including taxes.

I called hotel and asked if I can pay this via 1000 points during checkout, He said yes. I will update here if it goes smooth.

This probably depends on the hotel I guess, when I tried booking I had to pay the remaining balance + tax online to confirm the booking.
There was no pay at hotel option.

There was no pay at hotel option.

If you’re having another account u can try it
But if u have privilege in the upgraded silver account u may miss it

Did you unlink and add the new membership number?
To unlink:
Traveledge portal -> My Transactions -> Link Member -> Unlink accor

1. You can see it when you select a room and check rates. There is a white banner which specified how many points can be redeemed. Once you proceed to payment, you can apply the points and it would show the balance amount to be paid. You can only redeem points in multiple of 2000.

You need to contact traveledge. You can send to old number and it will work fine.

Yes, you need minimum 2000 points for redemption online.
