Ace card is cancelled

My ace credit is cancelled due to non personal use.
What to do?
Any solution?

Have you used for non personal use then can't do anything. If it's genuine you can call customer care and ask for which transaction you need invoice or proof then they will say provide in mail and card will be reactivated.

Used in superpe app.

I use the card at superpe for just one month only...
Transaction nearly 1.2lakh.

Nothing can be done. Superpe is a sure shot to make your CC to cancel.

You muat have come across many threads on wrongly using personal CCs for non-personal use - which goes against CC T&Cs.

After doing that sort of trxns, why crib now when the cards get cancelled ?

Avoid such things in future.

simply could have called and requested for fee waiver... mostly they would have obliged..

u shouldnt have risked knowing how strict / shitty Axis is (specially with premium cards like magnus / atlas)... asking invoices even , blocking edge points etc..

Because... Already I had a plan to close that card.
Nowadays Ace card is useless.


I am asking here for just a try to solve.If there is a chance.
