Adani Lounge (East Wing), International Departures, Terminal-2, CSIA Mumbai Review

Walter White

TF Prestige
VIP Lounge
Overview:

Adani East Wing Lounge is situated near Gate 45 on the International Departures, exactly above the Adani Lounge in Domestic Departures Section.

Check-In:

The lounge accepts Visa and Rupay cards. Unlike the lounge in the domestic side where it is more or less a langar, the situation is much better here, could also be due to the reason it was off-peak time. Entry is permitted no earlier than 2 hours before departure.

Swiped PNB Rupay Select CC.

Ambience and food:

In terms of size, it's quite spacious.

There are sofas as well as dining tables. Most of them had charging points as well.

In terms of food, the options were plenty and had good options in both veg and non-veg. Alcohol is also complimentary. 😜

Tried out the vegetarian options at the lounge though the quality of the food was average. Desserts were good though.

Conclusion:

Considering the fact that I have only 2 options to choose from, the quality of food will more or less be the same. Maybe I could stick with this one or could try the Adani Lounge West Wing next month so that I can write another review on TF. 😂

I have visited them twice recently, and there’s a strange nuance to the conditions of access. On both occasions they clearly said they only accept RuPay and Visa cards of PSU Banks, and Amex Platinum. No other cards will be accepted. So they won’t accept Tata Neu RuPay but will happily take SBI RuPay. But also they will refuse SBI Mastercard but let you in on your SBI Visa.

With a business class ticket of course. West Wing doesn’t take in the plebs 😛

Adani East Lounge accepts only those SBI visa and SBI rupay cards which have free lounge access (very few such cards), not all SBI visa and SBI rupay cards
