Am at the lounge now flying out internationally. Extremely crowded till about half an hour ago. Better now. Loyalty Lounge is under renovation so Adani East is accommodating all Eco passengers. They paused entry around 9pm for about 20 mins to make room for new passengers. I used ICICI Emerald Pvt Metal and someone else used Burgundy and Magnus and all were allowed. Incidentally on the Adani One app against my card only domestic lounges appear but the lady at the reception said you could generate the QR and you would be granted access to this (seems to be a bug). A few folks did walk in using the QR.
