I applied in October. card was approved in the month of november.got a metal card

+1 I'm in on this. I'm sure a together can make some noise on this. Cust care told me that addon is paused for now when their website says otherwise.

Hi, as checked, add on applicant holds primary card due to which add on application processing is kept on hold.

Via chat also I got the same reply (earlier one was via twitter DM). Plus they mentioned if add-on applicant cancels the cards they can process the request. 🤡 Have written to nodal officer. Let’s see.

I received my card today. Add on was rejected when I was applying, I was told that it can be applied afterwards. I called customer care today, and they said they have temporarily paused sending out add-on cards.

I applied on Nov 9th and got the card on the 21st of Nov, and I have got a Metal card only..

3.5L and I dont think that is a criteria for material of the card..
