Add on yes bank

Where to fill form after login in yes bank for add on ? I can't see it .

After escalation to PNO and RBIO I'm happy to inform that 2 addon cards have been issued for my Marquee and now appear separately in the app. The cards have been dispatched and should reach me soon.

I would suggest approaching branch for addon card and if they decline then escalate till you get hold of it.

I have received the 2 addon cards that I had applied for with Yes Bank.

I applied via branch on 23 march and till today no update. On enquiring they said they dont have any records of the application, when i had signed and given all documents of primary and secondary person... YES bank is a good for nothing, no accoutability. O followed up with 3 different level executives, they arent in sync with each other

After a lot of calls, the executives are still arent in sync. Worst part is that the creditcards division manager in Cochin (Kerala0 cant see the application posted by the branch in Kannur (Kerala). He also cant see the application posted by Chennai creditcard dept of YES Bank. God know how thi bank functions.
Finally got a letter form Chernnai asking me to resend the addon application form (which by this time I have submitted twice already). SO I filled it again the 3rd time and posted it back to chennai office.
The absolute worst part is that there is no reference number or application number or complaint number of any sort.

Lol i sent physical documents to Chennai address, it was out of delivery today, Delivery boy called me and told there is no postbox over there and no body picking up the parcel.
sad that it has to return back to me.

I wanted addon for lounge access next month. Seems like it is not possible now.

Yes, so you can use 1 access each way of travelling

Not considering any layover lounge access!!!

It’s just a stop gap solution until you get an add on card
