When you swiped your PNB Rupay Select card, did the bank deduct any amount and refund it later?

I think yes. Used in Dubai around 2 years back.

PNB Rupay Select card swipe works at priority pass lounges?

Because this card throws error while trying to add in priority pass app. Any specific input ?

You don't need to add anywhere. Simply swipe the card at the lounge.

Just to confirm, hope you enabled international POS transactions before trying. For me Kotak White, Tata Neu Infinity and PNB Rupay Select worked perfectly at Middle East and UK.

Yes. All transactions were enabled.
