Aeronpay credit card bill payment issue

So, I paid credit card bill payment from a second credit card on aeronpay on 22nd Jan 2024. As there was no convince fee.

So as usual fom aeronpay, bill payment not received.
I paid total 4 bills, one of them was from RBL card to same rbl card.

it's been 4 day. I read that if bill pay fails they refund to aeronpay ecash wallet .
My total amount is approx 4L
I also read paying from ecash also fails a lot.
Good thing is my bill of cc just generated so I got more than 1 months of time.

what if I file chargeback on cc, can I get money back this way?
my aeron pay acct is full kyc.

hi,

Amount Rs. 92280 is with Aeronpay since last 3 months. After several complain to customer care, they returned Rs.72280 to e-cash, but when i made payment from e-cash, it showed successful but not credited to my card.

I did complain to NCH twice, Aeronpay closes the complain stating issue resolved.

What action is suggested next.?

I am chasing them since January 24, they refunded 3 times but every time when I try to pay bill it stucks ( shows success but never credits ) and then again new cycle of chase starts . Really pathetic

So finally I am out of the aeronpay trap. Filed chargeback with Credit card and they returned all my money by processing bill payments within 24 hours

my amount around rs.70000 is struck with aeronpay ..please guide me how to raise charge back as the failed amount shows refunded but neither avilable as e-cash to pay any type of bill nor credited to any credit card account.

Raise one more complaint to NCH and ask them to refund that amount to your source account instead of e-wallet.

I also facing same issues. They refunded to e cash and made a payment. Again it stuck with them. Please suggest workaround to get my money back from AeronPay please

Guys, I don't know any other solution. Only nch complaint works. It doesn't even come under RBI ombudsman.

is there any other way to sort this out ? Transaction history says amount refunded and I am unable to use the amount from the wallet (I can't see it anywhere)

Update your kyc with face verification, then some days later they will allow you to use wallet balance.
Then use it upi transfer instead of 3% of charge or whatever they charges don't do credit card payment again.

My 28000 are stucked since January 2024 and on NCH they resolved case . I had mailed them that I will register case on Civil court let's see what will happen

Click on KYC status and at last there will be face verification option. If still not showing then I don't know

Raise it NCH requesting your wallet blocked

No, they just hide it. Mine isn't showing also.
They just allow to use it for sometime after they reply on NCH.. Yeah shitty shit

ITS A SQUID GAME!!!

They have a trick where they offer tempting deals to attract people into making transactions through this app. For example, they offer credit card bill payments and merchant payments via Amazon Pay. At first, when you complete a couple of low-value transactions successfully, you may think everything is fine and decide to proceed with a higher-value transaction. This is where the scam starts. They place the transaction on hold, and after a few days, it shows as refunded, but nobody knows where the refund actually goes. There is no support for this app. If you raise a query with NCH, they simply claim the refund was credited to the wallet and close the ticket. It’s all part of a scam.

Dont know how this app has a 4.3 rating on the App Store and Play Store.
