How many times it happened? Were you already holding any cards of that bank? (Context: I was not AU customer I got AU Card through gopaisa with cashback. I am exsting Axis customer so application through gopaisa was rejected.)

It gives to gopaisa wallet. Then you can transfer anywhere.

No... I have applied for sbi, kotak, hsbc, sc.... All of them I don't hold
