After Google Play Store, Now Apple Adds UPI Autopay For Subscription Based Payments In India:

Tech major Apple has introduced the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) Autopay as a new payment option for subscription-based purchases on its App Store in India. Via UPI Autopay, users can set up automated payment options for recurring payments using any UPI app that supports the feature. The development came to light as Apple emailed its Indian customers to tell them about the feature. “With UPI AutoPay you can now pay for new streaming services, games, music, movies and more".

Yes but I think RuPay Credit card link UPI is not live yet for UPI AutoPay payment.

If anyone use RuPay Credit card link UPI AutoPay payment then let me know in comment section.

@Abhishek012 linking BOB RuPay CC to BHIM hasn’t started working yet right? I can now see BOB in the list in the BHIM app but when I try to link, it gives an error.

Anyone tried setting this up? I have to manually add 195 every month as funds despite having a upi method on Apple ID.
It’s not auto paying.

Few years later, it started working now.
I had to let my subscription expire completely and then renew. In classic Apple magic fashion, the autopay feature popped up.

You will get refund within few hours and max 3 bank working days.

2nd thing, this is UPI AutoPay. Money will auto debit from your account.

3rd thing. Ya i agree with you. Use Apple IOS store vouchers etc. Sometimes you will also get 10% to 20% discount on Apple IOS Store vouchers.
