2. Which other high variant debit cards offering free lounge access.

3. Suppose if I have to 2 lounge access, can I swipe it one after the one for a 5-6 hours lounge access?

See some kits are available in some PSU Banks in limited number but they didn't disclose it to all customers. You have to make specific request about it then they will issue that kit to you.

2. Almost all Rupay Platinum and Select Debit Cards from banks like Canara, PNB, Union, SBI, BOB, give lounge access

3. Yes if you've got a single card with multiple access or multiple cards, you can use it again/consecutively, in case of same card there's usually a 2 Hr cooldown period before swiping again
