Why not? Bank too have limited budget.

That is likely what happens.
I always edit on screen and so far multiple friends and TF members have got in.

It may be possible that the lounge staff can check backend details [not verified by me], but I think in most cases they just check if the name is correct in screenshot.

if i correctly understand then

1.you take screen shot of the dreamfolks web access website QR code edit the name as per the boarding pass and send to that person at airport and lounge allowed entry for that person
2. can it done for my 2 kids too as me and my wife have card but all with out guest access and i am flying next month with them from Delhi so required access for them

Thats what I am saying, don't distribute. Unlimited lounge access doesn't mean that the bank has unlimited money to give to lounges, they consider certain average times of lounge visit per CC holder to design it. If everyone started max uses, it will certainly start devaluating regardless of whether you are using it or not.
