Very few cards have access to this lounge. I can generate a QR but can't edit the name while making payment. If you think that would work please let me know.

I'm traveling with a friend who doesn't have a credit card. I hold an Infinia card and a Priority Pass. Is there any way we can both access the lounge? My idea was to use the QR code first, and then give my friend the Priority Pass along with my boarding pass for the second entry. Would that work?

It is at the discretion of the lounge executive. As someone in one of the other thread recommended, use priority pass or yourself first and then swipe your infinia card for your friend.
 
Guys the bangalore lounge is asking for name of the card holder on the boarding pass else they are not accepting the qr code.

The only way to make it work is knowing the card holder name and pasting it on the boarding pass qr code.



Seems like this is patched.

I am really sorry it did not work for you.

It has always been like this. It is at the discretion of the lounge executive to let you in. Some lounges strictly follow this some don't. It also depends on how crowded the lounge is.

Yes you're right. This is by design only and this is how lounges operate. It has never been a sureshot thing.

I have helped random strangers on TFC with my lounge access but my own family often were not allowed to use my own qr codes😂

Works for some, doesnt work for some. Luck plays a role. Major role! Depends from time to time, staff to staff, airport to airport, lounge to lounge.
 
Also, if anyone needs lounge urgently, i have mentioned above also, pls ping me on telegram @codenerd26. I often miss out on notifications here unless i manually open the app and check myself.

I still have sufficient lounges available for this month end.

I dont think this name pasting will work as when they scan the QR, even they can see the originator of that QR and when they match it with your boarding, obviously it will differ 😂

He was successfully able to use the QR as he confirmed.

Turns out T2 international terminal 080 lounge at Bengaluru Airport costs 4500 per access🤣

Consumer's 9K money saved.
