Airport lounge access in IDFC Credit Cards now have some conditions

I had availed lounge access just last Saturday and did not face any issue. Seems to me like this was implemented in last 3-4 days.

I accidentally read through the instructions and found the new devaluation w.r.t 5000 spend.
Is it still worth applying? What other benefits are we getting w.r.t this card apart from buy 1 get 1 movie offer?
