Airport lounge access on a recently activated ICICI Sapphiro

Hello everyone
Today I activated my Sapphiro CC, that I got LTF under the alumni campaign from ICICI. I wanted to know if I can use it for a free lounge access for my upcoming flight next week.

The rule states that 4 complimentary access will be provided on the condition that there was a minimum spend of Rs. 5000 in the previous quarter.

3 questions:

1. (A dumb question) What is a quarter here? Financial quarter like April-June, July-September etc., or three months from the card activation date? It's probably the former, but just confirming.
2. (Another dumb question) Since there was no previous quarter for me, does that mean no free access in this one? I think the answer is yes, but still, to be sure.
3. Can I use my ICICI Platinum Visa DC for access? I can't find anything concrete on this one. I can see that the Wealth Management Platinum DC has lounge access in the listed benefits. Does anyone know if it is also there for the normal blue looking one?

Do I need to spend 5000 INR on each card (i.e. 5000 on AMEX + 5000 on Mastercard) to get 2+2 = 4 lounge access in India? Or, if I spent 5000 on any one card, can I get 2 lounge access on each card, i.e. 4 total lounge access per quarter?

Also, in https://www.dreamfolks.com/dreamfolksclub.html, there are 4 variants of membership. Which one is provided with this card?

Guys i have saphero credit card issued 1.5 months back have not used it much

Can i use it to avail free access to launge

I asked customer care they denied that i cant use it in first quarter.
Can some1 confirm.

If the card is mastered or visa varient you can add it it https://webaccess.dreamfolks.in and check whether free lounge access is available or not. Usually any lounge access in the first quarter of the card issuance doesn't require any spend criteria. They consider Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun as quarter. You have to calculate whether your card is still in the first quarter or not.

As per rule - No. Only the cardholder is entitled. However, in India, some lounge operators allow it. My suggestion is don't generate a QR code from Dreamfolk for this. Because if the lounge doesn't allow entry, it will be a waste. Just approach the lounge with two cards and ask them politely. That way, if they refuse your complimentary lounge quota will not be wasted.

kindly apply cards having guest lounge access feature OR apply for a add-on card for your wife.
