Airtel App Credit Card Bill Payment Failure

tried to speak to Airtel customer care and they're clue less.

How did u contact support? The chat gets stuck into a loop and doesnt show any option to contact cs.
My 33k was debited but haven’t been credited to my card account as payment failed. No refund received
