Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card - Application status unchanged

Hello everyone,

I applied for Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card using Airtel Thanks app on 16.03.2023

Video Kyc was done on 18.03.2023.

Since then, there is no update. It is always showing the same message - Application under review. See Screenshots attached.

I have a decent CIBIL score of 795. I am already holding 4 credit cards HDFC Regalia (greater than 10L limit since 12 years), CitiBank First Citizen (2.25L limit since 4 years), ICICI amazon pay (5.00L limit since 2 years) and SBI irctc (2.94L limit since 4 years).

I don't see any problem with card issuance because of my past history is in very good standing and I haven't applied for any new card since the past one year.

I did not receive any demand for income proof documents but there is no communication from axis too. Login to axis portal for credit card application status does not yield any results and does not show any credit card application pending in my name (using PAN and mobile OTP).

Any one experienced with the application process of this card, please share your insights.

Reading around the forum posts, I did come to know that Axis Credit Card Customer Care is shitty and pretty useless.

Contact to customer care. I also faced same situation. My card application approved after 40 days.
