Airtel Axis card application process issue

My wife has an airtel prepaid number. She got sms that the Airtel Axis card is pre-qualified for her. So I applied it on her name.

She has only 1 credit card - IDFC Millennia. (750+ cibil)

After filling all the details, got the message on the airtel website/screen that the card is conditionally approved and it showed option for video kyc. So I proceeded for video kyc immediately and it was successfully done (it showed green tick on the Axis website). Post the green tick, the Axis website kept on loading forever.

Now, if I open the Airtel website again, it shows video kyc pending. What do I do? Do I have to do video KYC again?

Try logging out of the app, clearing cache and storage for app and re-logging in to see if its a cache issue.

I used the airtel website on mobile browser, not the app. However, I will clear the cache and cookies in the browser and try again.

Update: Got an SMS from Axis bank with the application ref no.

Further update: Received an automated call from Axis bank asking to confirm (yes/no) a few details like pincode etc.

Is your issue resolved cause I too applied on Saturday (31) and done the vkyc but it's still showing to do vkyc😑.

Yes, I too applied and even I have emailed AXIS Support and they said that if VKYC is not done then the Sales Agent will pick up the document from the Address

Do the VKYC again (I did it). No one came for physical or biometric KYC, the card was approved 2 days later.

How did you completed kyc again . Is link again working for you. Mine showing vkyc 007 error.

try it in the night probably they even work at night till 12 pm so try

Yes I did it again on 3rd April and now status is showing "in process". Still didn't get approval confirmation yet. 🤞

After how much time you had received the application number ?
