Airtel axis card

I recently got airtel axis card.
Now when I tried to paid my electricity bill of pgvcl (Gujarat) through Airtel app,
It fetched bill amount, but when I proceed I got blank white page, nothing happened after this
So I can't paid my electricity bill

Can anyone help me please

I tired everything, like...
Clear data of app
Uninstall and install app
Try Airtel app in other phone
But everything failed

Try later, this is the only solution. This app sometime work flawlessly but sometimes it is pain in the ***.

It's been 2 months since this issue.

It seems they dont want us to use this card.

yes they need to update the app, for Andhra & Telangana payment is not support, i have seen few people who has they card but can't use as they r nt available
