Unable to pay electricity bill via Airtel thanks/Airtel Axis card

Today I was trying to pay my electricity bill via Airtel Thanks app using Airtel Axis card.
But at payment page, its showing that Airtel Axis is not accepting payment request.
Anyone else facing this issue?

Guys needs some clarification regarding part payment of electricity bill from different platform. Can one make part payment say to utilise 250 cb from airtel axis and the rest amount with different platform from different card?

If you have a smart meter or prepaid meter. You can. 🤣

I think this depends on service provider, whether they send 'amount editable' option as true or not.

I did not get option to edit amount for state govt boards for 3 states I've tried (MH, RJ & UP)

UP gives this option in (PUVVNL previously UPPCL)

Yesterday at 1 pm I booked lpg gas cylinder from Airtel thanks app via Airtel axis cc but got stuck in payment in progress money got deducted

Please help

It will be reversed. Just wait a few days. No reason to worry. In the rare case it doesn't happen automatically, contact Axis Bank.
