Today I was trying to pay my electricity bill via Airtel Thanks app using Airtel Axis card.
But at payment page, its showing that Airtel Axis is not accepting payment request.
Anyone else facing this issue?
Guys needs some clarification regarding part payment of electricity bill from different platform. Can one make part payment say to utilise 250 cb from airtel axis and the rest amount with different platform from different card?
Have you contacted Axis Bank? In my case whenever there has been a debit but transaction hasn't gone through have got a credit within 1-2 days max. The problem here could be the merchant, which is a sarkari oil company, which may be moving at a snail's pace.
You should inform Axis Bank if you haven't already and initiate a dispute if that if necessary.
A recent example for me was on my HDFC Bank credit card where I booked a BluSmart cab, paid for it and cancelled it because driver said he was too far. Usually the refund comes next day but when I checked my statement weeks later it wasn't there. I contacted BluSmart but they said they had initiated the refund the next day to my HDFC Bank credit card and they sent me the refund transaction details. I wrote to HDFC Bank and while they check on this they have given me the credit for the same. They have stated that it's a dispute (not sure why, because BluSmart is clear the refund was due to me and have made the full refund, and have provided me transaction details).
