Airtel Axis CC: Limited time welcome benefit - Amazon GV Rs.500 - anyone?

I believe Airtel has been running this FYF and an extra Amazon voucher offer for sometime. As per the original terms and conditions, the Amazon voucher is valid for cards with a joining fee. However, as per the screenshot, Amazon voucher is an extra offer in addition to FYF. Also, the Amazon voucher will be sent in 30 days. So, we don't know exactly when Airtel sends the voucher.

My question is... Has anyone really got the Amazon voucher?

Edit: As of Dec 16, Amazon GV offer is discontinued and replaced with FYF.

Sure. As per the terms, I will get it within 30 days of first transaction. Some people previously got it in 4 days. Classic Axis that works unpredictably.

Edit: I have seen some threads that has more than 50 pages where the topic diverts away from the original topic after a few pages. Complete waste of time for those who follow it. I wish we had a better forum software such as Discourse where we can skip the diverted topics.

Does the tnc mention the starting date for the offer? Also, is there a contact given in case of disputes? I got mine in Feb/March which is a long time

you are referring to general t&cs but Master card and airtel are running a campaign now...in this t&cs, no where it is mentioned..it is only for paid cards.. So, hopefully 30 days from the 1st transaction date should receive a message with voucher code.. (y)

Even another page at https://www.airtel.in/finance/credit-card/axis-bank mentions about no joining fee and Amazon voucher. Also, the screenshot in OP is extended for this month (Nov 2023) too. So, it is unlikely to be a mistake or marketing gimmick. Fingers crossed, though.

Basically, the offer is mentioned by Airtel (in the app and then in the aforementioned page). So, Axis is unlikely to provide the Amazon voucher. If there is no voucher even after 30 days of first transaction, Axis will not bother to entertain such requests or queries related to the Amazon voucher. One has to go after Airtel, for their misinformation.

Airtel clearly mentioned one guy's email ID in the T&C's for queries. So we can't blame if we don't get it because it's offered by airtel and mastercard
